This sleeve was never officially released. Reddit and FleshAssist user Erik_NL88 found it was being sold on the Spanish and German Amazon storefronts from Fleshlight. After reaching out to them, it was confirmed as a real product but was never released and it should not have been put on the Amazon storefronts.
This sleeve is currently not in production (at the time of writing this) and only a handful of lucky people managed to get their hands on one while it was for sale.
There has been no comment by Fleshlight on why this was never released or if it will be released.

Grooty
Descripción
If you always find yourself swooning over the ‘bad girl’ then “Ms. Grooty” is downright delectable. She’ll be bending over for you and putting the ‘bah hum-butt!' in your holidays and beyond. The Fleshlight Grooty’s texture, “Cake” is its own wicked, sweet reward for showing this mean, green femme fatale a good time. Tis the season to be indulgent, so “Cake” is made with many undulating twists and narrow turns that are as crocked as the Grooty’s naughty soul.

The texture is also known as "CAKE".
This is a limited-edition green holiday sleeve sold over the 2024 Christmas Sale.

Quote from Fleshlight Customer Service: "The reversed texture is intentional, so you will experience the feeling in the opposite direction for the Grussy and the Grooty. The only consistency is in the center of the sensation."
