Der Bi-Hive Kanal hat einen konstanten Durchmesser von 0,8 Zoll (20 mm) und der Kanal wird durch die Stöße und Kreuzrippen auf nur wenigen Stellen auf 0,6 Zoll (16 mm) verengt. Am Kanaleingang befinden sich vier große Stamina-Pumpen, die wir bereits von der Stamina Trainingseinheit kennen. Ganz hinten befindet sich eine Kugelkammer, gefüllt mit dornförmigen 0,15 Zoll (4 mm) Stößen, die einander zugewandt sind. Als nächstes kommt ein zylindrisches Rohr mit den gleichen dornförmigen Stößen bedeckt, aber hier sind sie auf 45 gesetzt? Winkel in Richtung zum Kanaleingang.

An das zylindrische Rohr schließt sich eine ovale Kammer mit drei 0,1 Zoll (3 mm) breiten Kreuzrippen (ähnlich denen des Holzkanals) und ein weiteres zylindrisches Rohr mit drei Stoßringen in versetzter Anordnung aus jeweils vier Stamina-Stoßen an. Als nächstes ist eine zweite Kugelkammer mit dornförmigen Stößen und am Ende des Kanals eine hochdichte Kreuzrippenstruktur, ähnlich der des Super Ribbed-Einsatzes.
