This sleeve was never officially released. Reddit and FleshAssist user Erik_NL88 found it was being sold on the Spanish and German Amazon storefronts from Fleshlight. After reaching out to them, it was confirmed as a real product but was never released and it should not have been put on the Amazon storefronts.
This sleeve is currently not in production (at the time of writing this) and only a handful of lucky people managed to get their hands on one while it was for sale.
There has been no comment by Fleshlight on why this was never released or if it will be released.

We know you can’t resist a bad girl, so here she is in all her mean, green glory! The Fleshlight Grussy’s unique texture features ribs and twists that are as crocked as her soul—as one would expect from a fiendish femme fatale. Her thick green lips open wide for you, daring you to slide inside. Featuring a narrow entry point and many satisfying nooks and crannies inside for you to shamelessly pound and plunder, the Fleshlight Grussy is sure to bring out the bad boy in you...and drain you dry all Yuletide long! Put more “Aaaah yeah!” in your regularly scheduled ‘bah humbug!’ this holiday season and let the Grussy keep you howling into the night!

Quote from Fleshlight Customer Service: "The reversed texture is intentional, so you will experience the feeling in the opposite direction for the Grussy and the Grooty. The only consistency is in the center of the sensation."
