Der relativ breite Kanal hat einen Durchmesser von 0,5 bis 0,7 Zoll (14-18 mm) und beginnt mit einer 0,8 Zoll langen (20 mm) glockenförmigen Kammer, die in den Hauptkanal mündet. Die Oberfläche des Hauptkanals ist mit einer durchgehenden Kreuzrippenstruktur bedeckt, die durch 0,1 Zoll (3 mm) breite Rippen gebildet ist. Im Vergleich zum Super Ribbed Insert gibt es mehr Platz zwischen den Rippen, aber nicht so viel wie innerhalb des Wonder Wave Kanals.

Oberhalb der gerippten Kanaltextur verläuft die zuvor erwähnte Spiralrippe, die wie ein flacher, 0,3 Zoll (7 mm) breiter Riemen geformt und mit halbkugelförmigen 0,15 Zoll (4 mm) Stößen auf der Oberfläche bedeckt ist. Eine ähnliche Spiralrippe wurde bereits im Twista-Einsatz verwendet, aber dort hat die Oberfläche keine Stöße. Außerdem sind die Abstände zwischen den Rippenspulen des Dracheneinsatzes gleich lang, während mit dem Twista-Einsatz diese Abstände zunehmend kürzer werden.

Die Spiralrippe teilt den Kanal in fünf Kammern, die jeweils 1,2 x 0,7 Zoll (30 x 18 mm) betragen. (Das Bild des Drachenkanals, der auf der Website des Herstellers angezeigt wird, ist nicht ganz genau, da es aussieht, als ob die hinteren Kammern einen größeren Durchmesser als die ersten Kammern haben, aber in der Tat sind sie alle gleich groß).
