This is my favorite sleeve these days. I like it because it has not too many bumps and other stuff inside. It just feels great.
What is especially cool about this one, you can start with a semi-hard cock, perhaps with some slight pressure with two fingers to allow him to slide in between these wonderful butterfly labia and then you stroke slowly until you get pretty hard.
I do not need much lube with the Cream Texture but i like to use lots of saliva during the process, to keep it nicely wet.
There is a nice suction which pulls back my foreskin over the tip of my dick, when pulling out of the sleeve, which i find quite enjoyable. I usually stop when my glans is between the entrance, just so i barely see it so i can apply some moisture and easily slide back in. But this texture is not difficult to reenter anyway, and i can also rotate it 90 degrees which gives me easier access.
My size is approx. 5.7 inch in length and 5.5 in girth, and i like looser sleeves to play for a half an hour or so.
I cannot rate realism, because i have no experience with real vaginas yet, but the Cream Texture is definitely a nice Fleshlight to play with.

Very soft feeling sleeve with no big obstacles in the canal. Great for a bit longer sessions.
