Wonder Wave

Background: I bought this texture way back when ILF had just released a new design for the fleshlight case (the one you know now). They were doing a special where if you buy two sleeves of your choice you'll get a pink lady speed bump sleeve and the new case for free. Wonder Wave seemed well liked at the time so I went with that. Granted this was way back when there was only the original, super tight, ultra tight, speed bump, wonder wave and super ribbed textures in addition to the STU which wasn't a part of the deal. Note that sleeve is not the same one that I have now.

Impressions: You can feel those ribs plucking away at your head and dragging down your shaft as you thrust in and out. However their stimulation overall leaves a bit to be desired, it's a gentle ride in terms of pleasure.

Cleaning: Straightforward and easy.

Drying: Also easy.

Super Ribbed: While you do get your head drummed by both the stimulation and sensations between these are very different. With wonder wave you get a little pleasure out of this texture while the super ribbed texture is just a dud for me unless you go really slowly.

Fazit:
Summary: One of my lesser liked textures, not awful but not great.

I got the pink butt Wonder Wave sleeve just to see if there is any merit to the smoother older textures but, nope, there isn't much of a reason to get this over almost all of the sleeves rated above it. It does have an interesting appeal in that the rings inside are very slight so they kind of just fold and glide as you pass but the sensations proved by this sleeve are very mild to the point that I could not finish and just lost interest. There might be some appeal to this sleeve if you are incredibly sensitive, but otherwise it is seeing the bottom of a box for me.

Fazit:
This is the only sleeve I have ever tried that I could not finish with. It is just not that stimulating at all.

This was my first ever fleshlight! It's a good texture, but it's pretty boring and even throughout the entire sleeve. The ridges feel really nice.

If you want a fleshlight but don't want anything overstimulating and maybe you have issues cumming too quick, this would be the one for you.
It's also really easy to clean and dry and powder etc.

Sure, why not review one of the first sleeves I bought 20 years ago. It was a pink lady (bought with a super tight pink mouth and ultra tight pink butt). I no longer own this sleeve as I had to clear out some old ones to make room for more exciting textures once they started the girls line.

This texture is not a bad choice for someone's first fleshlight. It's not overly stimulating, makes a good edging sleeve, and honestly became a gateway drug lol! Easy to clean and dry.

Fazit:
While it's a good choice for dipping your "toes" into the fleshlight waters, let's be honest. If you're reading this review on Fleshassist you are going to be more interested in the more "interesting" textures. But that being said, if I still had it it I would have given it another go before writing this review.

This was my first ever Fleshlight, and I really did enjoy it. I didn't want to go for something "too intense", but I also wanted something that was still really good. It was definitely fun to use, and I would highly recommend this as a starter sleeve for someone considering getting into FL.

The cleaning process is a little annoying because lube can be difficult to wash out of the material, you have to run it right under a sink in order to clean it thoroughly.

All in all, this is a solid sleeve and a great starter.

I have 7 sleeves for this moment and i found this sleeve to be the best one in my collection. Though it has a very simple structure, these ribbs are making some magic - i mean that i didn`t even thought that any structure can be simultaneously arousing and the same time giving a relief. In simple worlds - when i using it and getting to the point of super intensive close to orgasm feelings it starts somehow to take all it tension and smoothing it all over the shaft. Hard to explain in Russian and even harder in English) What i mean is that this sleeve is so matching for what edgers are looking for, 100%. My first fleshlight ever, which seemed excellent at the time.
Ultimately feels like it has been replaced by the Turbo series which
offers something that's more akin to oral than this.

The sensation is good but ultimately repetitive and I think for me relies
a lot on what I'm watching to get off instead of the sleeve itself.

It has no outwardly glaring flaws such as being way too tight or uncomfortable but doesn't really excel in anything.

A relatively mild sleeve with little to offer above the OG pink lady that was first released as fleshlight's first product.

For some this could be repetitive, boring and generally not worth it however I think it has its good qualities.
Sometimes you just want to relax and edge as long as possible and this sleeve is perfect for that, its gentle, but not boring I'd say, stimulation is the perfect choice for a long, perhaps slow paced, session.

I'm 5.6 inches long and circumcised. I have 28 fleshlights/fleshjacks total. I dry by placing by fleshlights in front of a fan overnight and they are always dry come morning, so I do not put drying time on my ratings. As for realism, being a virgin, I am unqualified to rate it.

Looks rather boring, but you know what they say about judging things on appearances. Mine has the anal orifice for that added tightness, and I suggest you get the same. The ribs are just barely enough to notice (in a good way) and that makes this sleeve perfect for edging. It's the Goldilocks sleeve. Not to intense, not too mild.

The Wonder Wave, oh boy. Everything about this texture just scream bare bones and out of date. I can imagine back when fleshlights first launched this texture was probably the shit, but now? Not quite.
The Wonder wave is one of the loosest most boring textures next to the original texture. Now keep in mind I have nothing against textures that a not intense and that you can edge with for longer sessions, in fact I love those textures, but this texture is not one of those, it's like the took you classic laid back texture and removed everything that made the texture bearable so that all you feel is your dick going in and out of a loose tube with a vagina on the end.

If you are planing on buying this all I can say is you might as well go with a quick shot because at least you get some discreteness and they are much faster to clean and dry.

Everything about this texture just scream bare bones and out of date. It is super loose and has very little difference when compared to the original pink lady.

Wonder Wave Ice was my first Fleshlight, purchased around late 2008 after lusting over Fleshlights for most of my teenage years. I was very excited to get this toy, and had high expectations. I had an idea of how great sex was supposed to feel based on lots of erotic stories and porn, but stroking my dick with my un-lubed hand was never even close. That sometimes felt good in short bursts (depending on arousal), but only the orgasm was consistently great like I thought sex should be and it was only a short taste. I wanted the Fleshlight to be more like sex, because after all, people were calling it "realistic".

Incredibly, Wonder Wave met my expectations and didn't stop there. Within a few sessions, it was delivering waves of pleasure, just like its name promised, long before I reached orgasm. I have a lot more sleeves now, but Wonder Wave is still my number one.

The Wonder Wave (Lady orifice, Clear material) was, for me, part of a larger purchase back in 2009 consisting of Wonder Wave, Super Ribbed, Vortex and STU.

I’d say intensity and stimulation is pretty average. Nothing to write home about. It does feel nice and smooth when penetrating, though it suffers from lack of variation and I personally find it a bit boring these days. However, due to the mild texture it is a really good sleeve for prolonged sessions and it does produce a really nice orgasm when all is said and done.

It’s a fairly realistic ride as well and, with the cap on tight, can produce a good suction effect. It’s easy to clean and the drying time is great compared to sleeves with more advanced textures.

The sleeve doesn’t get a lot of use today due to the large selection of more memorable textures. I could, however, see this as a good starting point for someone who is intimidated by wilder Fleshlights like most in the FL Girls line up.

Out of all the classics this is definitely the most beginner friendly without being overly boring. I personally have moved on to more intricate sleeve designs but if you’re new to the game, or just want something simple and easy for longer sessions, this is a great one to dive into.

This review is made purely out of my personal experience/opinion and judged after atleast 10 sessions to break the sleeve in completely. Typically used in shower with the shower mount after having heated up the sleeve and the lube.

Rezension:
The Pink Lady version of the Wonder Wave Original series is a great texture all round, the texture features small bumps that wrap around the whole texture and are fairly spaced apart from eachother with smooth sections in between them repeated throughout the entire length of the sleeve. The sensation is quite stimulating in a smooth way so it's not an intense sleeve, however this particular sleeve does actually become somewhat intense when the end cap is screwed all the way down for maximum suction, as the smoothness of the sleeve itself becomes intense due to the sheer tightness created by the suction, particularly towards climax. Another great thing is that the very basic interior design allows for easy clean up and super fast dry time.

Fazit:
The Wonder Wave texture is a great sleeve for long sessions with an explosive ending, as the sleeve allows for a longer build up to climax due to a smoother texture design, and becomes more and more intense the closer you get, especially when you lock down the end cap all the way. This texture is also very quick and easy to clean and dry, making it more desirable for frequent use.

WW ICE, pussy (not a FL girl): the orifice of this is really tight. It feels great right from the beginning. Obviously there is no variation in the texture, but through the cap and adjusting speed, you can have fun with this sleeve. I do not use it very often (got it as a freebie in my first order earlier this year), but when I do I enjoy it. I like using an ice sleeve in a clear case! I do not readily recommend this sleeve, but it is a solid if you're doing the buy 2 get 1 deal or something like that.

Fazit:
No variation in texture, but through the cap and speed changes you can still have a lot of fun with this texture. Great initial penetration feeling.

Looks: It looks just like the picture.. Which is what you want to see when you use it..

Feel (Outside): The outside feels amazing. I wouldn't say it feels like flesh, well, maybe if the woman was extremely wet.. But, anyway, it feels smooth and moist.

Feel (Inside): It feels good, but just not what I was excpecting for $70. I'm not sure if it's just me, but when ever I'm using it, it kinda hurts the opening of your penis if you're just the slightest bit rough.

This was my first sleeve back in 2008 and it is still one of my favorite sleeves to date. Originally it was said to be the closest to a BJ feel and I got this one along with the 2 Stoya sleeves (Destroya and one other, lotus maybe). This sleeve has been my most used by far and considering getting another one if it ends up losing it's texture because I enjoyed it that much. The other originals didn't appeal to me as much (like the STU) and the spacing of the ribs of this one definitely feel good. 10/10 sleeve for me.

The Wonder Wave is a great starter sleeve with it's own pros and cons. I would rate it as low/mid intensity depending on how you have the end cap twisted. The ribs feel great passing over your manhood and feel fairly tight. The cons (at least for me) are having this texture in a pink lady Fleshlight instead of a FLG. I'm mostly into the FLG line currently so my Wonder Wave only gets the occasional use. Cleanup and drying are easy, rinse with warm water, optional isopropyl alcohol bath, then leave out to dry.

Overall a good starter sleeve that can deliver great orgasms, but limited to pink lady design.

This is the first Fleshie I bought and it provided many years of covert lovin' either when single or when my wife was away. It was an Ice one which I don't think is available anymore and although very fun to watch, the ice sleeves are very sticky.

The intensity was good allowing you to either make it a nice long session or plough on through as quick as you like. I usually found that orgasmic satisfaction was dependant on how it was used. The slow burners were always the best, while not screamers they always made me weak in the knees. Quickies were good, not great, but sure beats the shit outta your hand. I always warmed it in the bathroom sink with straight hot water for around ten minutes apart from the few times I just wanted release way too quickly to be bothered hugely with prep. Lube usage I found was always very frugal, I use Lifestyles and found that too much made it feel like making love to a bowl of custard, you just lost all sensation of the textures. In conclusion although I bought this sleeve when there wasn't a lot of other options available I do think that it would make a very good sleeve for someone looking for something of medium intensity who doesn't want to venture into anything too textured to begin with. I strongly oppose the "realism"-rating here at flesh-assist. That thing is not realistic at all. It is more intense and too regularly featured compared to a real vagina. I know that my rating is highly subjective and somewhat surprising compared to the much more intensely structured inserts, but my old WW is still the gold standard. The Wonder Wave is a cult classic amongst fellow Fleshlight users. Funny how a few strategically placed rings can create a world of difference compared to the original. This was my 1st FLG purchase with Raven Riley wonder wave back in the day(still think her orfice was and is the best and prettist). Wonder wave is pretty much great for a FLG experince. Ah the good ol' Wonder Wave.

I'd like to start off by saying I own the Pink Butt orifice variant of this sleeve which is why I have rated the penetration so high.

The Wonder Wave is my to-go-to textures to use when I am looking for a good, long and pleasing orgasm. Penetrating this sleeve is so stimulating, it beats most of my other textures. You are greeted by a tight entrance that opens up to a chamber with multiple "rings" which, upon penetrating, will wrap around your penis and feel absolutely amazing. And although it may look like a boring texture with no variation, for me at least, it doesn't matter. The Wonder Wave texture is one of the classic Fleshlight textures - it was the first revision of the Original - and it is still one of the favorites of the user forum. After reading review after review of satisfied users, I pulled the trigger and bought it. The texture is simple: a smooth texture in a canal 1/2 inch in diameter with equally spaced ribs (about 1 inch apart). At first impression, the Wonder Wave (WW) seems to be a gentle texture focused on keeping your cock interested but not too much intense.

The WW gives immediate feedback with its smoothness engulfing your cock, then as you penetrate the sleeve, the ridges or ribs make their presence shown. This texture is as soft or intense as you want it to be. Go slowly, and it builds up orgasms that will begin in your toes. Go faster and the orgasm will hit you like a ton of bricks, hard and unexpected. The texture by itself is not intense, but the orgasms it produces can be the most satisfactory you can have with an artificial pussy.

If memory serves me correctly this was the first textured insert available in the FleshLight and it still is a very good one. As the name implies, there are many sequential waves lining the insert. I was a little skeptical of this insert since the FL community hailed it as one of the all-time favorites and that sets the grounds for a big possible let down. Yet again my worries were thwarted after using this one a couple of times. Those continuous waves just caress the tip of your penis and are just as pleasing as you rub back past them as when you push through them. Despite 40 other textures released at the time of this review, I still put this near the top of my preferred textures list. Even with the release of the Lotus most people swear this is the more realistic insert.
