Overall this is a pretty good sleeve when it comes to the internal texture. Internally I would consider this an above average sleeve but there have certainly been times that as an edger the texture wasn't able to bring me all the way there. However, the orifice...holy shit that orifice! When you slide into that puffy donut shaped hole it's visually one of the sexiest things I've ever experienced! The way it stretches around and grip your member as you slide in and out is so cartoonishly sexy. I've had a few guys come over and share my toys with me, and while the first impression is always a laugh, they are always turned on by how it looks to penetrate. I can also saw, as someone who likes to edge for long periods of time, I often will take my member out and rub it on the orifice and the texture that this has is perfect for that stimulation.

Overall the experience is very good, the only negative is that it doesn't have the best feeling when bringing you to orgasm. That being said, it has the best orifice for penetration that fleshlight has ever made, I desperately need more cartoonish toys made with this orifice!

I got Grooty as a Christmas reward and wow what a gift. This one actually lives up to its general hype! The absolute standout feature is that gorgeous, puffy puckered hole. The texture and shape are unique super plump and inviting with a realistic “give” that makes entry incredibly satisfying. Watching those soft, puffy lips stretch and plop around the head on every thrust is genuinely mesmerizing and adds a ton to the visual experience. I genuinely wish Fleshlight would do more sleeves with this kind of puffy, pronounced anal entrance.

he internal texture is surprisingly effective for a fantasy sleeve. The nodes in the middle chamber are perfectly placed; they catch the head and frenulum just right and deliver solid, rhythmic stimulation that builds nicely. It’s not overwhelmingly intense, but it’s decently stimulating and consistent throughout the canal. Tightness is on the milder side, which is my only real complaint. If it gripped a bit tighter overall, this would easily climb higher in my personal rankings and see way more regular rotation. As it stands, the milder tightness makes it perfect for relaxed, longer sessions rather than quick, aggressive ones.

One huge plus is the material. Unlike some other fantasy sleeves that use that annoying sticky texture, Grooty is made with the standard SuperSkin material. I’ve found it excellent for edging, and it’s become my go-to starter sleeve when I plan a multi-flight session. It warms you up perfectly without blowing your load too early, letting you enjoy the unique entrance and those well-placed nodes before moving on to rougher textures.
It can get a little noisy with strong suction, and you’ll want to experiment with lube amounts (a moderate amount works best for me), but nothing major.

Fazit:
Grooty is a really solid fantasy sleeve that proves these special editions can be genuinely worth it. The puffy, one-of-a-kind puckered entrance is the star of the show and makes every session visually and physically enjoyable. Combined with good internal stimulation from the well-placed nodes and standard skin material, it’s easily a strong performer. I rate it 6.8/10, it would rank higher for me with a bit more tightness, but it’s still excellent for edging and starting longer sessions. Here’s hoping they bring it back so I can grab a spare!
