This sleeve is an innovation through and through. The stimulation provided by the realistic mouth cannot be understated, it is fucking superb. This is the sleeve I have actually spent some time playing with the orifice mid-flight because it is so realistic to "fan yourself" across it and such to the point that it is worth mentioning first and I wouldn't be surprised if more oral focused products pop up because of it. Once inside the sleeve pinches down until you pass the uvula, then you are hit with the 2 signature suspended rings. These rings are great but they do have some nuances to them, mainly they take a fuck ton of lube to make them not dry out and drag against you uncomfortably. The rings are amazing when you get used to it and then the sleeve tightens down into a prickly pyramid area, a series of large tight nubs, and then a smooth spiral. The latter half of this sleeve is good but it is less intense than the rest, it has great variation like the rest of the sleeve though. Overall I like this sleeve, I think it will inspire some new textures both inside and outside newer sleeves.

This sleeve scratches a unique itch with its orifice, and it has a unique design within too. It is difficult to care for given the intricacies of the sleeve, but otherwise it is a great treat to have from time to time and it wouldn't surprise me if it inspires more oral sex focused products.

The image on the sites and box are slightly different than the real sleeve, the texture stays the same diameter throughout the sleeve from what I see. This sleeve is absurdly intense, it is only for the seasoned veteran. The texture is just a series of repeating wavy rings but it is nothing to laugh at, I have had muscle pains when edging with this sleeve unlike any others, this shit is wild. If you happen to like the ring shapes/anal orifices like I do you will love this sleeve, and I think it will be my favorite sleeve soon.

This sleeve is wild, the entrance is appealing to me due to the unique and massive clitoris, the tight first chamber which makes for great penetration and suction, and the awesome variance within. The lips are tight as hell even after about 8 uses from me and the cheese grater like chamber after shows you no mercy unless you are trained to handle some intensity. The following chamber is an array of odd rectangles and bars that barrage you from all angles and if you last that long you open up into a smooth waffle-weave type chamber to settle down with before having to grind it out as you exit again. This sleeve is incredible, but not for the sensitive man, you will likely struggle to enjoy finishing in it unless you slow down or stop altogether. Fleshlight is stepping their game up with these sleeves, this thing feels like a cyborg woman designated you for breeding and she has a list of others to get to ASAP, it's a fucking intense milker.

One of the absolute best sleeves I've tried, the opening is so appealing I even want to lick the clitoris at times. The whole sleeve is a varied gauntlet of intensity, you should probably be well trained to handle intense stimulation to fully enjoy this sleeve.

This sleeve is for the experienced only, it is intense and robotic feeling. It is very enjoyable minus the climax which is too intense for me to not pause the whole way through, but maybe I will build some tolerance. Amongst the vaginal sleeves this one is great, the opening is tight as hell and the inside follow suit with tightness and intensity. The spikes and nubs in the first half of this sleeve have a noticeable different feeling and grate against you until it compresses you and grinds you against a gauntlet of triangles. The shapes inside are not at all natural, but if you are used to using these things this is a great sleeve to edge with.

This sleeve is intense, it has one of the best vaginas too.

This sleeve is great, It has some features I think no other sleeve does and does them well. The orifice is one of the best parts given how unique it is (Kenzie has an "innie") and I like that part of the sleeve especially given how tight it is. The texture inside is great too, it is pretty intense and full of angled cube and pyramid shapes. This sleeve is an intense bombardment of very unnatural shapes and while it is interesting it is a bit much at times, it makes the end result a bit too stimulating and uncomfortable enough that I just pause and finish. If you like the tighter vaginal sleeves this one is great too, I know I like the way they change when rotated compared to the anal sleeves. This is a great sleeve, just not a beginner one, those cyborg like shapes are for the experienced in my opinion.

An interesting sleeve with a one-of-a-kind orifice, very abrupt and angular textures.

This sleeve is unique, it surprises me that they don't repeat this kind of pattern in other sleeves. The large egg-shaped chambers in this sleeve slowly and sensually kiss you as you thrust in and out of it. The orifice also is quite nice, it gives you a tight spot if you want a little of that and also helps hold the lube inside this rather open sleeve. Although it does lack any real variation, this sleeve is quite nice for longer edge sessions and also for the incredibly unique smoothness of the sleeve. Sleeves like this make me realize why this site lists smoothness as a factor for a rating, it really does produce some great sensations.

One of the best anal sleeves. Has a great feel that no other really achieves.

This sleeve has amazing variation and a great orifice. The tight offset opening is great and leads into some angled rings and the nubs section. These nubs are the real deal with this sleeve, and it also is great to have those angled rings for variation. The hourglass section in the middle is interesting too, but the waffle-weave canal is a bit hit or miss. The orifice on this sleeve interests me due to it being so tight and off center, it is a welcome alternative. If you like the nubs also try Cupcake.

One of the best vaginal sleeves, it consistently surprises and interests me to use this sleeve.

The Stoya Destroya is a classic for a reason, you can even get it in the pink color. This sleeve is stimulating, intense, and has many variations inside. It has a tight opening followed by many teeth and rings which slowly compresses as you get further in until you hit a smooth chamber at the end. This sleeve is not for the faint of heart, the end result with this bad boy can be intense.

This sleeve has the best variations of any sleeve out there.

As with most anal sleeves this one is tight as all hell, but it has some incredible texture within. The first chamber is a bit open with odd geometry to lead into the real reason the sleeve exists, the chamber afterwards is one I wish they would repeat for an entire sleeve, this second chamber is mind-blowing. The rest of the sleeve just repeats and spaces out the rest of the shapes that have occurred prior but in interesting and varied ways. This sleeve is great for holding onto you with suction and grinding that middle section over and over, and it is one of the best sleeves around.

This is an amazing anal sleeve. A must have if you enjoy them.

This is the best vaginal sleeve I've tried so far. It has a very tight entrance and constantly bombards you with geometric shapes, then a quick slide through some tight nubs, and it finishes by grinding you like a cheese grater. The middle section of this sleeve is really where its at though, the super tight sections over and over will make the sleeve stand apart from the rest.

Fazit:
This sleeve is incredible. It has odd angular bits, a tight nub section, and many small teeth after. The variation is the real high point of this sleeve, it will amaze you. It does take a while to dry out completely but this sleeve is a must have, and bonus points if you can find the clear ones somewhere if you like the clear ones.

This sleeve has a great variance to it. Multiple chambers pinch down and grate against you as you use it. The 3 tight rings inside are really what you remember about this sleeve though, with one of them spaced out and 2 of them right after each other. The tight orifice is a bit hard to push through sometimes but that is hardly a concern given how you probably want it to be tight.
Edit: I have since noticed the sleeve has gotten significantly worse after "breaking-in" due to a defect in both of the close 2nd and 3rd rings. They both have much larger diameters than they should and are not at all ring-shaped but more of a bell/triangle shape. I hate to say it but Fleshlight**** customer service refused to replace the defective sleeve even though it is within the replacement window and obviously defective. I Have modified my rating of the sleeve to reflect the product I was given.

Fazit:
This sleeve will cheese-grater you into an intense edging orgasm. Hopefully yours isn't defective like mine given that I was refused a replacement product.

Megan Rain's Thunder is damn good, from the tight butt orifice to the triangular ridges this sleeve will squeeze and caress you to one of the best climaxes of your life. The front of the sleeve has some major cushion due to the replicated buttocks of Megan Rain and she has some serious cheeks so you have a lot of cushion there. Shortly after you push through a tight hole that isn't so tight that you need to be rock hard to go through, followed by a short section the same diameter as the orifice. The first half of the sleeve has a network of small bumps that are closely packed so you just glide over them while feeling a delightful tickling sensation and immediately after you start hitting the ridged bars that tug slightly as you go over them. The whole sleeve has an alternating texture that changes completely if you rotate it 90 degrees going from the triangular ridges to either the nubs or the bars depending on depth. The sensations on this sleeve are insane given that you can get a totally different feeling by rotating the sleeve. The only downside to this sleeve is that the intricacies of the interior tend to cause it to be moderately difficult to clean/dry, but as long as you properly wash it out, submerge it, and finger it while submerged it will come clean. Make sure you have a proper drying setup for this sleeve too, you will need airflow going through this thing to dry it at a reasonable pace/to dry it before it gets gross.

Fazit:
This thing is a wild ride, it has a variation effect based upon the degree of rotation and the interior alternates at various depths. It is a bit difficult to clean/dry, but as long as you make a real setup for cleaning and drying sleeves you will be fine. Megan Rain's buttocks are broad and the mold replicates that perfectly, you can really pound this thing against yourself with no worry of soreness. I have grown to love the butt orifice the most after using this thing, and of the 3 sleeves I own I like this one the most.

This sleeve is undeniably intense, after I use it my "member" is slightly sore from the absurd stimulation for a few minutes. The orifice-facing nubs are incredibly pleasurable to thrust into, sometimes to the degree that I need to pause inside before withdrawing and thrusting again. It doesn't have any real variation other than the initial ribbed section and the toothed section tightening as you get deeper but that's not the point of the sleeve. This sleeve intends to make you nut fast and get on with the day, only a true stamina man will be able to last long or edge with this sleeve. I could see this being a perfect weening-off sleeve for those with death-grip-syndrome. The sleeve requires some manual fingering while submerged in a basin of hot water to clean but it isn't particularly hard, it just requires a bit more prep than some of the smoother sleeves. The sleeve does take a moderate time to dry but when hung from a hanger in my closet with a fan blowing up into it from beneath it ends up drying completely within 1-2 hours, you will probably need an actual airflow setup to dry this properly as it just has too many nooks and crannies for it to dry without airflow.

Fazit:
The Jenna Haze Obsession sleeve is a sleeve for intensity above all else. It will take some prep to properly clean and dry due to the texture. If you are looking for an absurdly stimulating and intense experience this sleeve is for you, but you may walk a little funny after finishing with it for a few minutes.

The Stamina Training Unit (STU) is a good sleeve for longer sessions and for people who are sensitive. What it lacks in variety it makes up for in consistency, you wont hit some inhuman bump that overstimulates you with this sleeve. The STU is great for long edging and has a superb orgasm experience since it isn't too intense so the user can still move in the sleeve while climaxing without an overstimulating effect. It does require a decent amount of lube since there is a lot of room for the lube to slip into crevices or to be shoved further down the sleeve. I like this sleeve for when I have a long gap of time to use it or when I haven't climaxed in a while because it isn't too intense. The STU is a great sleeve for beginners or experts. Great for long edging and moderate intensity with a consistent feel, this sleeve won't excel in any category but is so even across the board that it is a pleasant and reliable experience time after time.
